PAC for Stronger Communities

for the State of Indiana

           

Corporate Contributions to the PAC:

 

Indiana law allows corporations to make direct contributions to political action committees (PACs); however, the amounts must not exceed the maximum corporate contribution allowed during any calendar year.  Direct corporate contributions to PACs also must be "earmarked," meaning the contribution must be designated by the corporation to go to a category of candidates, and it is subject to the limitations of that category.

 

At this time, the PAC for Stronger Communities is soliciting contributions to be distributed among municipal candidates for county and local offices.  Corporations are limited to a maximum contribution of $2,000 per calendar year for candidates of this category.  

 

To make a voluntary contribution to the PAC for Stronger Communities for disbursement to municipal candidates for the year 2009:
