Brick in Architecture Awards

Who is eligible?

For the 2010 Brick In Architecture Awards, entrants must be either an architect, builder, or designer, employed by an architectural, builder, design-build, or landscaping design firm that is licensed in the United States, Canada, or one of the U.S. territories at the time of the project's completion.

In addition, BIA member manufacturers and distributors may enter projects of which they have been a part on behalf of the architect.

Clay brick regional associations and other masonry associations from across the country may also enter projects from their own regional competitions or from their members.

Projects must be located within the United States, Canada, or one of the U.S. territories as well. Any member of the design team may serve as the submitting architect.

Any work of architecture completed since January 1, 2005, in which clay brick is the dominant building material, is eligible. Entries may also include renovation projects of which at least fifty-percent of the new construction was completed in clay brick.

The 2010 Brick In Architecture Awards are now closed.
