Please read the following information regarding booth selection, contract and payments.
Selection:All booths are 10 ft. x 10 ft. (100 sq. ft.). Multiple booths are available. Booth configurations can be changed to accommodate special needs or requirements. Contact Bethany Oxer at 703-674-1543 / boxer@bia.org. Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Contract and Payment: To reserve a booth by December 31, 2006, both the contract and a deposit are required. Balance will be billed in January 2007. As of January 1, 2007, full payment is required with contract to reserve space.
There are two ways to reserve a booth:
1. Select a booth from the list below, then click the open-register now link to reserve your booth immediately.
2. You may also use the following links for printer-friendly copies of the exhibitor contract, rules & regulations and the floor plan. Once you've downloaded and filled out the documents, please fax them to the BIA office at 703-620-3928 with your top three booth space choices. Your booth assignment will be sent to you within one week.
